Each package comes with everything you need, so you can book based on the amount of impact you’re looking for and I will figure out technique/approach after we chat goals at your appointment. *Please don’t forget to add time for long, thick, and/or dark hair as all three require extra time.

We are right on the BEAUTIFUL Capital Lake in downtown Olympia WA!

Finding us inside of the building can be tricky, but don’t worry! New guests will receive an email with thorough details after scheduling. All details and door codes will also be included in reminder emails and texts.

PRICE ESTIMATE

All prices listed are estimated starting points. Any additional service time spent will be charged at a rate of $84/hr.

RESERVATION COMMITMENT

We understand life happens and adjustments to your appointment may be necessary. No problem!

A minimum of 72 hour notice is required to cancel or reschedule any appointment to keep and transfer your deposit. Any reschedules or cancellations made within the 72-hour window before your appointment results in a loss of deposit. If your appointment did not require a deposit, the resulting fee will be sent via email invoice and be due before the end of the day of your missed appointment.

Appointments not fulfilled without communication (“no-shows”) will be responsible for 100% of scheduled service estimate.

NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT POLICY

50% of service the estimate is required to book each guest's first appointment and will be credited to the total cost of services received.

This deposit is non-refundable.

If reschedules and cancellations are made in compliance with all policies, this deposit will be honored and transferred to the next total cost of services received.

If policies are not upheld, the deposit is forfeited.

REDO

You deserve to LOVE your new look! If you are unhappy with the results of your service, please contact the business within 7 days to request an adjustment appointment.

Adjustment appointments are subject to all other policies. If contact is made within 7 days after the service is received, and client is in compliance with all policies, the adjustment reservation will be 100% complimentary.
